1. Install the welding nozzle of the required specifications according to this table and tighten it, connect the oxygen source, open the preheating oxygen valve and acetylene valve, check the acetylene joint, there should be suction, then connect the acetylene source and use it correctly.
2. It is recommended to use the gas transmission rubber hose provided by our company or other rubber hoses with qualified quality assurance. When the rubber hose is aged, it should be replaced in time to avoid explosion due to failure to withstand the standard pressure.
3. Before use, it is necessary to confirm that the connection between the gas delivery pipe and the gas inlet joint of the welding torch is leak-proof and will not come loose when subjected to standard gas pressure. It should be clamped securely with a clamp.
4. A flashback preventer must be installed in the gas passage connecting the gas source and the welding torch. When flashback occurs, the oxygen valve and acetylene valve should be closed immediately. Wait until it cools down before use. Always open the oxygen valve before use and clean up the garbage in the copper tube before use.
5. This product is strictly prohibited from contacting with grease to prevent combustion or explosion caused by oxygen encountering grease.
6. Do not knock while using.
