1. Item is unopened, unused and in its original condition.
Barangan masih dalam keadaan belum dibuka, tidak digunakan, dan dalam keadaan asal.
商品未开封、未使用，并保持原样。
2. Proof of Purchase – Original Cash Bill or Invoice.
Bukti Pembelian - Bil Tunai Asal atau Invois.
购买凭证 - 原始现金账单或发票。
3. Your return item within 7 days of purchase.
Anda mengembalikan barangan dalam masa 7 hari selepas pembelian.
您在购买后7天内退还商品。
4. The product is Faulty or defective due to a manufacturer’s fault.
Produk itu rosak atau cacat disebabkan oleh kesalahan pengeluar.

5. Additional transportation and services charges will apply for large, heavy, oversize items up to 20% of the price.

If these requirements are not satisfied, Kim Chok reserves the right not to offer an exchange or refund for change of mind returns.
